CBDT (Central Board of Direct Taxes) has amended the rules pertaining to application of new pan card issued in its notification no. 96 dated December, 23 2013 regarding new format of PAN application; annexure A, B and C  for form 49A and annexure 1 for form 49AA. There is a new list of documents required to apply new pan or amend pan card has been notified . Aadhar card has also been added as ID as well as residential address proof for PAN application purpose.

For your information Form 49A is PAN application form to be filed by Indian resident. Form 49AA is for resident outside India.

Find below appended notification from Income Tax Department  and download new format of Form 49A (page 7) & Form 49AA (page 13) along with annexure A, B & C form Form 49A and annesxure 1 for Form 49AA.

    i want to know why we fill annexure- A, B & C for PAN and what doccuments required in these formats. if there is an easy way how to know then please send me in mail.
